Clarence City councillor elections are managed by the TEC computer system Computer Count.

Computer Count will allow for first preference figures, as well as progressive distribution of preferences figures.

The TEC aims to release figures as follows:
20% of ballot papers after 8pm on Tuesday 28 October;
40-50% of ballot papers during the evening of Wednesday 29 October.

Note that, although the progressive distribution of preferences may indicate a likely outcome, the only final outcome is the final outcome.
