VI-Vote terminals will be available throughout the voting period from Monday 15 April 2024. These specially designed systems provide enhanced audio, visual and printing capabilities to enable independent voting for people with vision impairment or low vision.
Terminals will be available at selected early voting centres then relocated to selected polling places on polling day.
Open 8:30 am to 5:30 pm weekdays and until 6 pm on Friday 3 May. Please note, closed on Thursday 25 April for the Anzac Day public holiday.

On arrival at a polling place, ask for the polling place manager, who will be happy to explain the approved assisted voting procedures. These include nominating another person to assist you at a voting screen or, for those unable (due to a disability) to enter the polling place, having voting material brought by an electoral official to your car.
